Khan Academy India aims to deliver a world class user experience to learners in India that is locally relevant and is enabled by a strong on-the-ground team and operations. These learners include both independent learners accessing us at home and teacher directed learners in schools. Our content team in India includes the content creators who make thousands of awesome videos, articles, and practice questions, aligned with the Indian curriculum, to help both teachers and students. We are actively working on content localization in multiple regional languages as well, which means the content you help create will reach a wider number (both nationally and globally), thereby multiplying the impact.

WHAT’S THE ROLE?
Translate Math & Science texts from English to Punjabi.
Recreate Math & Science videos in Punjabi. (We will teach you everything about video creation)
Review existing content and find opportunities for improvements.
Interact with Punjab state teachers to collect feedback.
WHAT SKILL SETS ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?
Basic knowledge of Math and Science. (MUST)
Ability to translate with high speed & accuracy.
(So, a prior experience in Punjabi translation is a MUST)Digital know-how (Using G suite, calendar, typing, etc.) (MUST)
Tutoring/teaching experience in 6-12 (Nice to have)
HOW MUCH WILL I GET PAID?
About 17-18 LPA.
WHO WILL I REPORT TO?
Mahesh Shenoy! Also, this is a full-remote role. But, we will occasionally miss you and ask you to travel and meet us.
